A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Majors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales
quotas
Monitor sales activities and forecasts to assess progress and
implement improvements
Coach Account Executives in sales skills and assist in complex
negotiations and closing new business
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree
8+ years of management experience in software sales
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and exceed sales
quotas
Experience in developing and maintaining effective business and
sales plans
Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex
contracts
