A company is looking for a RCM Business Analyst to join their
Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce client-focused analysis to explore data, identify trends,
and develop insights
Create data-driven narratives that highlight client performance and
support strategic decision-making
Maintain proactive monitoring of client health metrics to detect
potential risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics,
or a related role
Strong understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and
data
Expert in SQL for ad hoc analysis and reporting
Competency in Python for data manipulation and visualization
Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
