Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical
support to B2B customers using their applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and chat for applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, documenting details and
resolutions
Write and maintain support documentation and collaborate with
technical teams as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in software support or customer service
roles
Experience supporting enterprise software or B2B clients
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of client-server applications
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented
environment
