  • Starting salary at $54,080/year (based on experience)
  • Annual bonus eligibility to reward your dedication and resultsRequirements:What You'll Be Doing:
    • Be the tech hero for our local team onsite everyday-installing, upgrading, and supporting computer systems and software
    • Troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, software, network, SAP-you name it!)
    • Set up tech for new hires and decommission it for exits
    • Collaborate with HR and FTI to make onboarding seamless
    • Maintain systems and networks with minimal downtime
    • Support users onsite and remotely with patience and technical savvy
    • Document, escalate, and fix issues like a pro
    • Handle printers, scanners, handhelds, CCTV monitors-and occasionally tame a rogue label printer
    • Be our go-to for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, plus vendor coordination What You Bring to the Table
      • 1-3 years of IT support experience (education counts too!)
      • Hands-on skills in Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking
      • A cool head under pressure and a knack for solving puzzles
      • Great communication-able to explain tech to non-tech folks
      • Eagerness to learn, grow, and own your role
