A company is looking for a Production Manager - German.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train linguists and audio professionals from the German
language group on the platform
Build quality control and monitoring systems for transcripts, dubs,
and other content
Identify and implement language-specific optimizations in
collaboration with the product team
Required Qualifications
Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of German
Experience managing a text or audio production team in relevant
fields
Strong attention to detail in language accuracy and quality
Comfortable providing feedback and maintaining high-quality
standards
Bonus: Familiarity with audio production tools and native-level
abilities in additional languages
