Structures.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety and
quality standards
Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively
Provide leadership and training to field staff and
subcontractors
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in field supervision, particularly in structures
or construction
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with scheduling and resource allocation
Relevant certifications in construction or safety management
preferred
