Job Description:
A company is looking for a Correspondence UM Coordinator for a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry, filing, and tracking of case files and mailing
letters to patients and providers
Review denials to determine their status and monitor system
approval queues to ensure timely mailing of member letters
Receive and log appeal requests, research information, and generate
reports for departmental analysis
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of remote data entry experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient software computer skills
