Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Mentoring BCBA - Clinical
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Provide structured mentorship and ongoing clinical guidance to
BCBAs
Conduct performance audits and ensure compliance with key
productivity indicators
Develop training materials and lead workshops for BCBA professional
development
Required Qualifications
BCBA Certification in good standing
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in applied behavior analysis
Prior experience mentoring or supervising RBTs or BCBAs
preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
Ability to manage clinical oversight while maintaining billable
expectations
