Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Track Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement
authentication solutions using PingIdentity tools
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches for PingIdentity
products
Provide L3 support for application issues, product debugging, and
incident troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity
products
Strong knowledge of LDAP and directories like Radiantlogic,
Microsoft Active Directory, or any cloud directory
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
Experience integrating Hypr with desktop agents (Windows and
Mac)
Prior experience deploying a passwordless solution is an
advantage
