Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external
customers through incoming calls
Accurately enter orders and communicate any exceptions to
customers
Master the Syspro operating system for order entry and customer
data retrieval
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role
Experience with data entry and ERP systems
Retail industry experience is a plus
