Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative
(Product Support Representative I) to provide application support
for their software products.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines
Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide information
about products and services
Troubleshoot software issues and escalate as necessary to ensure
resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support
role
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office and common enterprise software
solutions
May have a degree or equivalent experience
