Key Responsibilities
Drive creative output across innovative projects focused on digital

Lead research efforts and develop strategies that align with
project goals
Provide mentorship and foster a culture of creativity within the
team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in
a digital design agency
Demonstrated expertise in digital experiences and large-scale
project management
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in prototyping tools and software
