Key Responsibilities

Manage staff development, training, and quality assurance
processes
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field preferred,
or equivalent job experience
Experience in staff development and direction
Proven background in training and quality assurance
Experience in customer and client service
Strong document preparation skills
