Key Responsibilities
Own and manage external help center and internal knowledge base
Continuously improve chatbot content to enhance customer

Create and manage a content development funnel in collaboration
with product, marketing, and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of knowledge management and/or writing experience in
customer-focused environments
Strong grasp of support-driven content creation methodologies
Experience collaborating across teams
Systematic approach to project management
