Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor based
in Georgia, US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage
Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance
of real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide assistance
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of Georgia
Experience with real estate contracts within Georgia
Ability to utilize company-provided tools and technology
Familiarity with transaction management systems
Experience in supporting compliance efforts with a Broker team
