A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist -
Construction Defect.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and
recommend settlement strategies
Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters while
negotiating settlements
Document claim activity and coach or supervise lower-level
adjusters
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster
level
Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are
handled
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Experience with claims and business software
