Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to
support its mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding
Enhance the new hire onboarding experience and manage leave of
absence processes
Maintain internal People pages and ensure data integrity within the
PEO system
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in administrative support, human resources,
or operations
Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
Experience with onboarding, benefits, and/or HRIS systems is a
plus
Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an excellent
employee experience
Enthusiasm for healthcare technology and/or the start-up space
