A company is looking for a Chat/Phone Support Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer support while maintaining product
knowledge and a positive demeanor
Document all client interactions accurately in the call center
database and adhere to performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and management for personal
development and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat
environment
Retail sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce
environment
Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55
wpm
Proficient in using Windows-based applications and client
relationship management tools
