Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credits/Refunds Supervisor -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Create and analyze credits trending reports to monitor inflow and
resource planning
Track staff productivity and accuracy, incorporating data into
performance reviews and goal setting
Ensure compliance with performance standards and provide training
and coaching to team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a
business or health-related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in anesthesia or related
fields
Two to three years of prior supervisory experience in medical
billing and collections preferred
Strong knowledge of patient accounting systems and financial class
setup
Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced
environment
