This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our
normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary,
given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Employees are required to work 3 days onsite and 2 days from
home.
We offer on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be
8:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday-Friday.
If you are within commutable distance to the office at 9 Technology
Drive, Irvine, CA, you will have the flexibility to work from home
and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough
challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
Make Outbound calls, 80-100 per day to patients to schedule their
annual wellness visits
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific
questions or issues while documenting required information in
computer systems -
Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with
support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with
others to resolve escalated issues--- -
Responsible for 8-10 schedules to fill and monitor on a daily
basis
Document calls with outcomes daily
Make reminder calls on rotating basis
Other duties as assigned
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Within a high

products and multiple levels of benefits within each product in
order to best assist our providers/customers. -

Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED -
Must be 18 years of age OR older -
Bilingual Fluency in English, Spanish or Vietnamese
6+ months of experience using Microsoft Excel--- -
6+ months of Customer Service Experience using phones and computers
as the primary job tools
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which
includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer
system applications -
Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.

The hourly range for this role is -$16.00 to $28.85 per hour -based
on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum
