Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Systems Engineer who will
maintain and enhance the technical aspects of their claims
platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements on the Impact platform
to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement
necessary system integrations
Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
regarding claims processing challenges
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Impact system or similar claims management
platforms
Proven experience in claims processing and adjudication
Strong knowledge of DBC coding or similar languages
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking abilities and exceptional organizational
skills
