Job Description:

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team on the Sun-Tues shift, with alternating Wednesdays, starting at 6:00 PM. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient production of pharmaceutical products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Working in our state-of-the-art facilities, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and manufacturing of medical devices and pharmaceutical products that meet both market needs and company standards in environmental sustainability and healthcare improvement. Operate and maintain production equipment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and maintain records and reports on volume of production and other aspects related to the production line. Assist in the implementation of new production methods, products, or processes. Perform regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with supply chain and quality control staff to accomplish production targets. Ability to operate complex machinery Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and processes Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Problem-solving skills Adaptability to changing schedules and job duties Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar is a plus. Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
