B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Clerk to join our Manufacturing & Production department. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our production lines, which focus on pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Our ideal candidate should possess keen organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable healthcare solutions. The position involves managing records, overseeing the flow of production materials, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met consistently. Maintain accurate records of production – including data entry and filing of batch documents. Organize and manage the flow of production materials to ensure timely delivery to production lines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure adequate stocking and availability. Assist in the implementation of production schedules to meet manufacturing targets. Support quality control processes by gathering and preparing documentation for audits. Collaborate with multiple departments to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and sustainability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. Medical Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is advantageous. GMP Certification is highly desirable.
