Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing Paralegal (Remote,
Contract, Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain state license applications and renewals for
consumer financial services
Track application statuses, troubleshoot issues, and report to
management on application progress
Monitor licensing deadlines and perform compliance checks to ensure
accuracy in NMLS
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of the NMLS System
Bachelor's Degree preferred
4+ years of experience in corporate compliance and/or regulatory
matters
Proficient in Google (G-suite) products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
