Job Description:
Mission: This Solution Manager will sit within the Development
pillar of the Data & Analytics team and act as a liaison between
business units (Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain)
and technical teams. Candidates must combine strong functional
understanding of data flow and business processes with hands-on
technical skills to help build data products that support strategic
decisions. Their focus will be mainly on the functional side,
understanding the business needs, and working together with the
technical teams to make their vision come to life. Day to Day:
Partner with functional teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, and HR)
to translate business needs into data solutions Create and iterate
on visualization prototypes in Power BI to validate business
insights Leverage AWS to source and structure data Work within the
Development pillar, collaborating with business and technical teams
Understand how data works and flows functionally within the
organization Focus on operational excellence and continuous
improvement Engage with Supply Chain and other stakeholders to
ensure accurate data representation Individual contributor role
initially, with a strong mix of functional and technical
responsibilities (65–75% functional and 25%-35% technical and hands
on) Required Skills: 7–8 years of experience in data-focused roles
Experience with backend/data technologies: SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, CDS
Views, VCR, or SAP BW Experience with front end like SAP Analytics
Cloud (SAC) Strong experience working with AWS Power BI – ability
to build and create visualization prototypes Deep functional
understanding of how data flows through systems Experience
collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders
Exposure to finance, legal, marketing, and/or HR data domains
Plusses: Manufacturing or supply chain domain knowledge or past
experience Familiarity with operational and support/maintenance
aspects of data teams
