Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, project management,
and stakeholder engagement, with at least one year in a managerial
role
Subject matter expertise in building decarbonization and heating
electrification
Ability to analyze and interpret industry data for strategic
decision-making
Demonstrated project management skills and accountability for
deliverables
Proven ability to lead and develop staff while managing budgets and
grant proposals
