Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a long-term enterprise technology strategy
aligned with business goals
Lead the adoption of AI technologies to enhance operational
efficiency and reduce costs
Build and mentor a high-performing Enterprise Technology
organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree
preferred
15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles in
high-growth environments
7+ years of executive-level experience in enterprise systems or IT
within the insurance or financial services industry
Proven ability to drive complex technology strategies and
initiatives
Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in
enterprise environments
