Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer for
Firefox Desktop Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and ship Firefox features through installs,
updates, and OS integrations
Lead design reviews, analyze data for user engagement, and improve
Firefox quality on Windows and macOS
Mentor junior engineers, support team consensus, and contribute to
the product roadmap
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Experience with low-level systems programming on major platforms
like Windows, macOS, or Linux
Solid understanding of C/C++ and development experience on Windows
and/or macOS
Ability to influence roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional
teams, and make strategic recommendations
