Opportunity: Human Resources (HR) Generalist Salary: $70,000 ?
$80,000 (based on experience) annual discretionary bonus Location:
100% on-site at our beautiful Ladera Ranch, CA corporate office. As
an HR Generalist , you will report directly to the Director of
People & Culture and serve as a trusted partner for our teams
across multiple regions. You?ll handle a variety of HR functions ?
from onboarding through the employee life-cycle ? while helping us
create an outstanding employee experience at every stage of the
journey. What You?ll Do Partner with hiring managers to manage
offers, background checks, and onboarding. Administer leaves of
absence, workers? comp, and employee terminations with care and
accuracy. Serve as the go-to HR contact for employees and leaders
in your assigned region(s). Provide guidance to Regional and
District Managers on all HR matters. Manage unemployment claims,
workers? comp documentation, and compliance reporting. Keep HR
systems (ADP Workforce Now) accurate and up to date, working
closely with Payroll and Accounting. Ensure compliance with
federal, state, and local employment regulations, and recommend
best practices. Champion our company values and foster a positive,

Looking For Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field 3 years of HR
Generalist experience in a multi-site, multi-state company Hands-on
HR experience in California (required) ADP Workforce Now ? helpful
but not required Strong communication, problem-solving, and
conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to manage priorities,
deadlines, and confidential matters with professionalism SHRM
certification (a plus!) A collaborative, proactive, customer
