Required Skills: Active California Medical License and CA DEA certification Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical skills with a focus on women’s health, obstetrics, and gynecology Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience in a hospital and outpatient clinic setting Prior locum or temporary staffing experience Familiarity with electronic healthcare records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology At least 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health Other Requirements: Availability to start by June 2026 Willingness to work 3-4 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day, with call coverage (including weekdays and weekends) On-call responsibilities from approximately 5 PM to 7 AM, 24-hour calls, with scheduled administrative half-days Commitment to timely credentialing process (estimated 90 days for privileging) Coverage includes clinic at 2601 W Alameda Ave, Suite 212, Burbank, and hospital at St. Joseph's Medical Center, Burbank This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
