sterile field Vascular Closure Systems Description: Hours are 07:30
to 18:00, four days a week. Call is required for weekdays from
18:00 to 07:00 and for 24-hour coverage on weekends. Response time
for call is within 30 minutes. The facility is an acute care
hospital with a total of 377 staffed beds. Scrub color is any
color, with items provided for Labor and Delivery and Operating
Room. Charting system used is Epic. Interdisciplinary support is
available. Providers are expected to float between facilities
within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination of
assignment. Providers must commit to working three out of five
holidays. Communication devices for performing duties will be
supplied by the client if required. Modules are non-billable and
average 16 hours. Time spent on modules is self-reported and
recorded. References from two supervisory contacts covering one
year within the last three years are required. No open license hits
