Position Details: Schedule: Part-time position Location: Primarily based at one location, with flexibility to cover a second nearby location as needed Patient Flow: 8–10 patients per day, with 14 appointment slots available daily Practice Highlights: Focus of Care: Routine vision exams and refractive services Patient Demographics: Primarily ages 20–50 Equipment: Autorefractor, slit lamp, and keratometer Support Staff: Experienced management team with long-term staff support Team Structure: One other doctor serves both locations with a split schedule Compensation & Benefits: Daily Rate: $550–$600, depending on experience Bonus Structure: Open to production-based incentives Paid Time Off: 8 days PTO, 4 sick days (pro-rated for 4-day workweek) Holidays: Up to 7 paid holidays annually This is a great opportunity for an optometrist looking for a stable, flexible schedule with an established patient base and a professional team environment.
