Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director - Molecule Lead,
Oncology in the Client Delivery Unit (Clinical Trials) with a
remote-based position in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical drug
development projects from early phase to commercialization
Engage with client leadership to build effective working
relationships and drive project delivery
Oversee project risks, ensure optimal performance, and support the
continuous improvement of business processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare training
15+ years of clinical trials experience, including 4 years in
clinical program leadership
Proven experience in developing and managing budgets and
resources
Clinical drug development experience with a focus on Oncology
Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership abilities
