Job Description:
A company is looking for an Email Growth Manager who will lead
email marketing initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and segment the email database through various sources and
manage the email marketing strategy across the customer
lifecycle
Track, analyze, and optimize email campaign performance while
implementing A/B testing programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
and integrate email marketing with CRM systems
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in B2B
or SaaS environments
Proven success in developing lifecycle programs and improving email
conversion rates
Proficiency in marketing automation and email marketing platforms
such as HubSpot or Marketo
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance
dashboards
Preferred experience with enterprise CRMs and knowledge of email
HTML/CSS
