Drive Workforce Management Labor Planning & Optimization
initiatives
Gather market research and user feedback to prioritize and execute
the product roadmap
Manage risks and milestones across the software development
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Experience in Workforce Management with knowledge of labor
budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Prior experience in leading market and user research
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder
expectations
Background in product strategy and defining product outcomes
Experience working with data engineering teams on statistical and
machine learning models
