A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers and manage the full
customer lifecycle
Partner with customer stakeholders to create custom engagement
initiatives
Analyze customer engagement metrics and communicate insights to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at a
SaaS organization
Experience managing a large to enterprise-sized customer base
Creative problem solver with a strong determination to succeed
Independent and motivated with the ability to seek help when
needed
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
