Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Project Manager responsible
for overseeing deployment and optimization engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple Workday projects, focusing on scope,
budget, and schedule
Manage onshore and offshore teams while supporting end users with
functional and configuration issues
Facilitate problem-solving between customer resources and subject
matter experts
Required Qualifications
At least 3+ years of Workday experience in a customer-facing
AMS/post-production support role
HCM or PM certification is required
Experience leading offshore teams during projects and ongoing
support
Strong project and account management experience
Proactive attitude towards issue resolution and customer
satisfaction
