Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Operations Director, New
Venture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational implementation of pilot programs with health
plan partners and refine based on feedback
Develop scalable workflows and operational processes in
collaboration with clinical leadership
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and
integration of program enhancements
Required Qualifications
Master's degree with 7+ years of leadership experience in a
fast-paced environment, including case management
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at
least 2 years in behavioral health or population health
management
Proven experience in designing and implementing operational
workflows and reporting systems
Experience working with managed care organizations and
understanding value-based care models
Experience in launching or scaling healthcare programs, including
pilot oversight
