Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and support of the EdAssist CPA
team
Lead weekly team meetings and serve as the primary liaison with
leadership for operational issues
Document and maintain process documents for client support teams
and manage the Dissatisfied Client Escalation Process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
4+ years of client or account management experience
Experience in client-facing roles and managing partnerships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects
