Key Responsibilities
Manage existing client relationships and customer performance
within the Aerospace vertical
Develop internal partnerships to ensure seamless service delivery

Project manage client solutions, onboarding, and continuous
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2-5 years of experience in Account Management within the Aerospace
or freight-forwarding industry
Understanding of the Aerospace industry or time-critical logistics
preferred
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for process
improvements
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional
service
