Job Description:
A company is looking for an Installation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for new
retirement plan clients and advisors
Educate plan sponsors on plan highlights and operational processes
while ensuring timely communication and updates
Coordinate with team members and external partners to facilitate
plan conversions and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of retirement plan experience
Basic understanding of the retirement plan setup process
Ability to explain complex compliance items clearly
Bachelor's degree preferred
ASPPA certification or willingness to pursue credentials
