Complex.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Complex Claims Unit handling liability losses and
files with potential or active litigation
Promote customer service excellence and ensure claims meet quality
and regulatory requirements
Manage performance, training, development, and coaching of the
assigned team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of property claims experience
5+ years of large loss property claims experience
5+ years of property liability claims experience
3+ years of litigation claims handling experience
