Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Engineering Lead to guide the
technical evolution and team development of its data engineering
function.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the architecture of the data product strategy and
execute the roadmap for data ingestion, transformation, and
access
Design and deliver scalable, reliable data pipelines and oversee
the evolution to cloud-native architectures
Lead and inspire a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of
growth and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data
Engineering, or related technical discipline
6+ years of experience in data engineering or platform roles, with
3+ years in a technical leadership capacity
Proven experience building cloud-native data platforms, preferably
in healthcare or life sciences
Expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and distributed data processing
systems
Hands-on experience with AWS-native tools and streaming data
architectures
