Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Instructor: Software Tester.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for diverse groups of
learners ranging from 200 to 8,000+
Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program
delivery and adherence to schedules
Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement, including
tracking curriculum changes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in software development, test automation,
SDET, or QA roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote
environment
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or
JavaScript
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and
testing practices
