Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients while
accurately recording their information
Assist with account resolution by communicating account
information, offering solutions, and establishing payment
arrangements
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting
individual metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in customer service or collections preferred
Must have a quiet and private workspace
High-speed internet with specific technical requirements
Must reside in designated states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX,
or VA
