Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee its
accounting operations and ensure financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting and reporting processes, including financial
statement preparation and compliance with regulations
Oversee payroll processing and assist with annual audit preparation
and budget development
Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring continuity of
operations and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
5+ years of professional accounting experience, with a minimum of 2
years in team management
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP)
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems, preferably Sage
Intacct and QuickBooks
Previous experience in non-profit organizations and financial
audits is preferred
